Watcher may offer free trials for new subscribers. If canceled during the trial period, no charges will be incurred. Once the trial ends and the subscription begins, the standard refund policy applies.

Billing Errors

Service Interruptions

Watcher strives to provide uninterrupted service, but occasional disruptions may occur. Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions beyond Watcher's control.

Content Quality

Watcher ensures high-quality streaming content, but variations in internet speed may impact resolution. Refunds are not issued for variations in content quality due to internet limitations.

Account Termination

Watcher reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of the Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted to Watcher customer support within 7 days of the issue. Include relevant details such as account information and the reason for the refund request.
